error hashing cannot connect to server :C

i just downloaded the game and i started it i typed my username and the password (same as username) then its hashing and bam! error hashing cannot connect to server :C please help me tell me what to do
i reviewed hibari's thread and it didnt work for me :C

Well actually ptr is going through some updates because of a virus yada yada and it's not working for anyone ATM I would best assume. Though welcome to PhoenixTR
