Can't open the game

So I just downloaded this server today to try and give a private server a chance to remind me why I love TalesRunner..so far, it's not doing that.

I've tried several ways to open the game, each being met with failure after failure. One major issue is the XTrap. I keep getting the same message from it over and over [ http://prntscr.com/67wh2s ]. Other times, I get a hashing error..and I've already looked through previous posts to try and did everything they said to do.
