X-trap error after downloading V4

The game worked fine before the update now every time i open the pheonix launcher i get a x trap error ( http://gyazo.com/7a5ca44421a23d8cf9862367793700e0 ) i tried to run as administrator delete the x trap folder and reinstalling but i get the same probelm
