Regarding the delay of the re-launch

As many of you have noticed, Phoenix hasn't been up for a while.
The reason behind this is that we are experiencing problems trying to test our commands, such as;
-Start up page
-Database

We do apologise for delay this re-launch by quite a few weeks.
The re-launch is expected to take place around these dates;
January 12th ~ March 12th.
If the re-launch is earlier than these dates, or when it is re-launched,
I will inform you as soon as we finish.
