| either Server is down or you might have something wrong or corrupted in your phoenix folder. | |

Solution 1:
Add the entire 'Phoenix TR' folder to your Anti-virus exceptions list.
Solution 2: When playing Phoenix, disable your firewall.
Solution 2 is just an alternative solution, so I strongly suggest you to try solution 1. | |
