Language prob

Is the game in english or do i have any program? TY for taking time

Aha, the game is in English & Korean if you have the V4 client. But I suggest you first download applocale, then launch it with Applocale. When the launcher pops up, you should see a
'AppLocale' checkbox. Click that when you installed AppLocale then everything should be fine.

Ty for responding...i installed AppLocale,i restarted my pc but after i open the launcher it says Error hashing cannot to the server...and i dont have windows 7.i have xp >.<

Aha, you have xp. It doesn't really make a difference. Could you provide us with some screenshots if possible?
Solutions:
1. If you have a anti-virus program, add it to your exceptions list then it should work.
2. Turn off your firewall when playing Phoenix TR.
I suggest you try solution 1, as solution 2 is really not necessary.
If the above 2 don't work, do as I said, provide us with some screenshots.

Steps:
1. Screenshot your problem.
2. Paste it onto paint, word.
3. Save it.
4. Go onto http://imageshack.us/
5. Upload the file where you saved your screenshot.
6. Copy the URL and paste it here.

The screenshot is perfect. This problem is occuring at hashing I'm guessing..
This is a common problem, the server is having issues at the moment.
But your problem can be resolved.

Steps;
1. Delete your Phoenix TR folder.
2. Go to the downloads section on your computer.
3. Download Phoenix TR from there again.
4. Try it, and if the problem proceeds, reply to this thread.
