IN-GAME ISSUE!!

Issues:

- Sometimes when you log in, and you get the logos at the start. After the last one. Your game will just close.
- Can't see game rooms to join / Can't join them / Can't create rooms.
- Can't Message Users, They appear to be offline, But they messaged you and are online.

Yeah, and Recently. I've noticed. When you go into your Inventory (room) To check all your stuff. You can see that most of the items are in korean language.

Has the server's items and translations been reset? And why can some people not get on?

I can get on just can't do anything. Can't go to park/farm or even make a room to race.

Solution to your friend's list problem;
-Change your in-game name. You can obtain the item, in the shop. Go to, 'ETC' > 'Game' > 5th page. > 2nd column on the page > last one going down. The item should be 2 stick men, one without a face, and one with a face, there should be an arrow also.

Solution to not seeing races;
At occasions the server is quite empty. So you may be online when the server is quite empty, and no-one will be online. So try coming online at different times. Or, if you can't join races, just re-download your client, or use another client, such as Aeon V5. Just simply put your Phoenix launcher into the Aeon folder, and launch it from there.

Solution to game closing after 'Rhaon';
This is quite unusual. Does this constantly happen? If so, the only solution at the moment I can provide you with, is using a different client. Or if you havent been using the V4 client, go to the 'Downloads' section on the forums.

Yeah, It won't even hash for me. Just closes.

Have you ran your launcher as admin?
It should work perfectly fine.
Or, close any program which is affecting the start-up of Phoenix.
Terminate all programs which are running with task manager.

Light, I know at this point all we have to do is wait, but maybe it'd be nice if in the future there would be at least an announcement days before a maintenance takes place. Maybe some estimated time if it isn't too much. So people would know and just wait it out not complaining.
