Hashing Error?

Every TIme i Try Logging into the Game it loads alright Till Hashing but the Problem is all Question marks Can some one help me please? :<?

You should have applocale installed, if you don't have it, you can download it from here;

The server is not under maintenance and it is working perfectly fine for everybody.
Did you run your launcher as admin?
Perhaps you forgot to do that.

Did it multiple times, but always shows the same results.

Are you receiving the '???' hashing error aswell?
I'm sure you are.
You should check if your anti-virus program is preventing this. Put the Phoenix folder into your exceptions list, THE WHOLE FOLDER.
