| i cant open the launcher in prizma folder. it writes me "It might be some issues with the server or the network." what can i do? | |

| Are you sure you didn't run it as admin?
Alternative:
Try it in another client.(Aeon, Phoenix v1 etc.) | |

| Uhm I THink Prizma Files DOn't Work cause The Prizma Server Is In Use i dont think you can use the files of a diffrent server when its in use. Aeon however is offline so you can use them freely | |
