Well, at the moment you can only get star tickets from events which are hosted by GM's.
Or you could ask the owner for some, perhaps he would be kind enough to gift you some.

How do I know when GM's host events?

EDIT: And how do I make farm points? I mean.. there's like no farms at all.

I will try and make one some time this week. I will make a thread on the forums, which shall inform all players.

You should get farm points automatically the next day (99999999).
If you do not, ask the owner on Skype why you haven't received them yet.
