wth my char got deleted?

i logged in with a account and today i tried to logg in with the same id and pass and it didn't show me my char
and i tried to use the nickname and it said it's already used

Not 100% sure on that, but you can ask Crypter (Mahmoud) on skype.
Just [PM] Allan for him to give you his skype.
I doubt it by 80%, but theres still 20% still to hope for. ;D
