| Hiya, I've got a little problem... as the title said I can't start up. It gives me a X-trap error like this;  I'm not exactly sure which program to close though... Mind giving me a hand? ;w; | |

| Hmm... I've actually tried running as an administrator and it worked. However, after like 30 secs into the game or so, it says that I've lost connection to the server. Now I'm not sure what to do there owo; | |

| I'm having the same problem as well, I can log onto the game but it wont show anything on the lobby and after about a minute or two I get the server technical difficulty thing, someone told me hotspot shield would work but whenever I try with that I just get a hashing error | |

I did downloaded a VPS program and it worked for a few times. | |

| Oh derp, I just noticed that I did a typo. It was a VPN program I installed. (It's Hotspot Shield btw.)
Well it's working now. Is it down during specific times of the day? Just wondering ;o | |

| ImSnowing, here are some steps to solve your problem.
Steps:
1. Go to where your Phoenix TR folder is located.
2. Delete the entire folder.
3. Re-download the client.
4. Have fun playing Phoenix TR!
