DC Problem

On ONE of the other forums, there was a solution to the DC problem. It was a third-party program that hides your IP or something. For the life of me, I can't remember the name. It worked for one person and he/she suggested it. 3 replies of good news that it worked.

Now I can't check said forum because it's closed.

I'm pretty sure you might be talking about the Hotspot Shield but I'm not 100% sure.

there's another thing diffrent than hotspot shield
as i know it was about Proxy or something like VPN
it will hide the IP but.....
it will also slows your net

I'm not sure how Hotspot Shield works tbh. I didn't really look into it. The thing is, I'm Disconnecting within 2 minutes of the game. This includes loading the menu screen and everything. So if the problem is because of IP, well I don't know what to say.

EDIT: Well Hotspot Shield worked for a bit. Lasted 10-20 minutes in game before the same disconnect message. However, I can't launch the game again. I'm stuck at hashing and the game says "Cannot connect to server."

Spotflux and others providing like a connection so
Computer -> Net -> VPN Network -> Net
so our net is our IP then the VPN Network have a nother IP
but not sure hos it works i can't explain... lololololol

Appreciate it. I've ran the game for 30 minutes and no crash so far. The game crashed 3 times for me however if I ran it in window mode. Fullscreen though, not a problem. Sadly, Hotspot Shield I think is a 7 day trial?

I'll look into other "free VPS services" that are available. Maybe the problem is IP? I'm located in USA if that means anything.

I am also having disconnection problems, and when I D/C, it says
" Either the server is having technical difficulties, or you are a problem on the
work."

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes Try to use Hotspot Shield or VPN services like "SpotFlux"
but ti will also make your internet a little slow D:

VPS and VPN is Diffrent
VPS = Virtual Private Server
VPN = Virtual Private Network
use Like Hotspot Shield or SpotFlux they are better
Search on google "Free VPN Services"

Ok, Hotspot Shield works great, and I know this not might be about this topic, but can I ask what time in PST when there's a lot of people ( or just a couple of rooms ) online?

I had it early but I restarted my comp and I can stay on for 3 hours.

Yes, the server has different times of when people come online. But I guess your not lucky, haha. Just stay on Phoenix for a bit longer, then you can atleast race with the other runners for at least a hour or two. ^^
