I installed everything and after i opened the phoenix tales runner it says 'error hashing cannot connect to server' what does it mean? :o3 ty <3

It gives me the same error...and btw i dont have applocale installed

Aha, well if there's a checkbox, saying 'APPLOCAL' should be 'applocale' but anyway, you click that, but you must have AppLocale installed. You can install it here;

Just simply pick your language, then it will provide you with steps.

I installed the APPLOCAL and i keep getting this error -.-

Could you provide me with a screenshot? As then I will clearly know your problem and give you a much better solution on how to solve it.
